Our Commodities

Coffee Beans Arabica

Source the best Indonesian Green Coffee Beans – unroasted, premium-grade, and ready for export. Indosoil supplies premium Indonesian Green Coffee Beans, directly sourced from local farmers in the highlands of North Sumatra. Our coffee beans are unroasted, fully washed, and carefully sun-dried to maintain natural flavor and aroma.

We ensure consistent quality, ideal for specialty coffee roasters and importers seeking authentic Indonesian coffee profiles. Farmers in North Sumatra, especially from Tanah Karo Region, mostly use Wet Process method, because the abundance of Coffee production and high humidity levels, making Farmers used Wet Process method to shorten the time to produce more.

For the Coffee Process Flow, Farmers put Fresh Red Cherries Coffee in a bucket filled with water, remove the Floating Cherries (which have been damaged and deformed), pulp the sunken Ripe Cherries in a Pulper Machine and soaked for a night, dry under the sun or directly dry together with the Mucilage on it and hull in the Huller Machine to removes the parchment layer of coffee into Green Bean, dry again until the water content becomes 12%. But it doesn’t stop there, Green Bean Coffee needed to be put in the Screening/Grading Machine and Handpicked to ensure minimum defects to get the Best Quality of Green Bean Arabica Coffee to be Roast.

Cloves

Indosoil supplies high-quality dried whole cloves, hand-harvested from sustainable farms in North Sumatra, Tanah Karo Region. Our cloves are sun-dried, cleaned, and graded to meet international export standards.

Cacao
